Birds Eye Gluten Free Fish Fingers

It’s a pretty short review from me today, because how much can you really say about fish fingers? They’re a little bit of fish encased in breadcrumbs, perfect for grabbing out of the freezer and throwing in the oven when you can’t be bothered to cook a proper meal. Aldi Macadamia & Coconut Paleo Bar

If you read my previous post about my Aldi food haul, then you’ll know that one of the products that I was most excited about trying were their Paleo bars. I often cook Paleo meals and like the idea of eventually transitioning to a full Paleo diet.

I’ve only ever made them with gluten free plain flour before, but recently read this wonderful blog post that stated that bread flour making chewier brownies. I love a dense fudgy brownie so was hopeful that the bread flour would be a winner. Continue reading
